Your time and services are very important to us. We understand that things come up and we are always happy to help you in rescheduling. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will lose their online deposit.
For no-call/no-shows or cancellations with less than a 12 hours notice, the full price of the booked appointment will be charged.
*Charges are due to late notices of cancellation/rescheduling restricting us from filling your original appointment block with another client.
Clients rescheduling, canceling, or no-showing three consecutive times will no longer be accepted. If you're running late, please call or text at (773) 240-5244. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a modification to your appointment services.
APPOINTMENT
Please book online in advance to check availability or speak with one of the spa associates via phone. A credit card on file is required to secure an appointment.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. We want you to enjoy the full benefits and relaxation of your services. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their originally scheduled start time may not be able to receive their services & will be required to reschedule for a different day. They will also be charged 100% of their service fees for said appointment.
RETURN POLICY

Our goal at Innate Allure is to work with you, our clients, in order to make product recommendations we believe will be the best fit based on your skincare needs. However, sometimes your skin might not react as expected. If you have received a skincare consultation from Innate Allure and your products do not agree with your skin, you may return your slightly used product within 30 days of the purchase date. You may choose another product or get a full refund in the form of a credit. Cash back is not available.
If you have not received a treatment or consultation from Innate Allure prior to purchasing a product, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or exchanges (used or unused).
A skincare professional will always be present to help you make the most informed decision.
